Adios 2009, Hola 2010!

So, hi!!!!! There are some pics of SERENITY!!!!! Tomorrow is 2010, and today is the last day of the decade, I am doing nothing all day except for I am going to a party at my dad's friend's house. We go every year and it is always super fun! SO, I am in total love with Lanie and her gardening outfit, I don't really like the camper. But that is just my opinion. I am going to the AG shop on Jan. 2nd!!!!! I might get Lanie there. Have you seen the new JLY husky dog, I saw it on AGsisters channel on youtube, thanks Abbey and Chloe! I love the husky so much, I want him so badly! So, yeah, I am totally bored, yep, the last day of 2009 and I am doing nothing! So, I am going to go and check my mailbox to see if I got my magazine yet, adios, I'll talk to you in 2010!

SERENITY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got JLY #37, Serenity, and she is SOOOO beautiful, I am on my mom's laptop so I can't upload pictures but don't worry, there will be plenty of pictures of her in the future. I also am in love with Lanie, except for her bangs they look kind of weird, like if a little kid cut them, but I still want her and I am going to the AG place on Jan. 2nd or 3rd to get her!!!!! Yay! Also, I am going to work for my dad tomorrow and the next day to get enough money for Lanie, so I won't be on Youtube and I won't be posting. Also, I wacthed this video last night, it is a music video to a song that I like by Coldplay (If you haven't already figured this out, my favorite band is Coldplay) and the music video is so sad! Tonight is Christmas Eve!!!

I am so excited, the only thing I'm not excited about is the weather, while people in other states are outside in the snow, sledding and having fun, I am boiling in the heat, okay, it isn't really hot, but it is definitely not cold either. It is sunny outside and there is not one cloud in the sky, it looks like the middle of summer for crying out loud! Well, I shouldn't complain, that is how it always is on Christmas. So, today I am going to my church at 4:30 p.m. because I have to get there early because I am doing the live nativity scene, basically it is where you dress up in a costume and stand there but it is still fun. I have to stay for both services and then I get to go home and sit by the fire until like 11:00 p.m. and then I have to go to bed, and then it will be Christmas!!!!!

Only Three days left until Christmas!

What I got for my birthday!

I am so so so so so so sorry for not posting in SO long!
So today is my birthday! And it was so much fun, I went ice-skating with my friend to celebrate on Saturday, and that was a big treat since the closest ice-skating rink is an hour away from where i live. So here is what I got:

Rebecca's costume set: I like it but would NOT recommend it, it is kind of cheaply made, but it is still pretty cool.

AG tap dance outfit: I;m not sure exactly what it is called but it is the one that is very pink and sparkly, I WOULD recommend this outfit, I thought it would be cheap but it is very well made, I usually don't like anything pink and sparkly AT ALL but I think this outfit is okay.

CAMERA: I am so excited about this, my old camera sucks! My new one is SO SO SO AWESOME! I love it, if you visit my youtube channel you are going to notice a lot of new videos in the next few days! I love my new camera!

So that was all that I got but I am so happy, I couldn't have wanted anything more. I had an awesome birthday. I also hope to start posting more often after I get out of school for the Holidays. (Friday is my last day, the 18th) I am getting Serenity JLY #37 and the JLY horse riding outfit for Christmas! I can't wait for Christmas by the way. On Ruthie's next post I will be sure to remind her to post a picture of our tree, it is 11ft tall and it is real and BOY DOES IT SMELL GOOD!

Excited For So Many Things!

Hey, this is going to be a really long post to make up for all the time that I haven't been posting. So, right now my life is so sucking and is so amazing at the same time, so, here you go:

The Bad news: Well, personal family matters that I am not going to share on the internet, and I ran for *enter grade* vice-president and I lost to a boy who only won because he is popular

Well, there is the bad news, but, hey, there are so many more things on the good news list.

The Good news: I am going to make a list because there are so many things.

1. I am in a good mood because I am listening to some rockingly awesome music right now

2. It's almost Thanksgiving, I mean, who isn't looking forward to the mashed potatoes?

3. Christmas is also coming up, and everyone knows what that means, new AG items are on their way, including my beloved Serenity!

4. I'm going to a sleepover at my BFF's house tomorrow, yay, the last time we had a sleepover we stayed up until 4:00 in the morning.

5. I haven't been eliminated from AGMA yet!

6. Now we get to the part I have really been wanting to scream out to the world:
Well, as many of you know, and many of you don't know, I love acting, it has been my passion ever since forever. Anyway, during the summer of 2010, I get to go to a professional acting school, and at that school they hook you up with agents, and once you get an agent, you start going to auditions for actual movies, commercials, music videos, and all of that stuff. You go to about 3 auditions per week and after a while you are bound to get a part, but that is a long time away and I mean, how many actors actually get all of the parts compared to how many auditions for the part. Trust me, I love acting, I am only doing this for the acting, I do NOT want to be famous, I think being famous would be horrible, but enough about acting.

7. One more thing, I love apple juice with ice cubes, very random, yes, I know.

So, wait I have to go refill my glass of apple juice.

Okay, I'm back. I am so bored right now and I have nothing to type about right now. Oh. I know.

Okay, so I am in a program called GATE at my school. It stands for Gifted And Talented Educators. Anyway, every year you have to do this big old GATE project, so this year I am going to make a feature length movie with my American Girl Dolls, it is going to be so awesome. So, I just wanted to get that out, well there is really nothing more to type about. Well, Bye!!!

I, Ruthie Smithens, shall now post on this wonderful blog.

So, sorry about not posting in, oh let's see, how long was it? What's that you say? Impossible! How could you say that! It has surely not been a week since I posted! How could you go and hurt my feelings like that! The last time I posted was on Friday! And today is, well let's see, Monday, no, Tuesday, no, Wednesday, Thursday, Today is Friday, Ha! It's Friday and the last time I posted was on.................Friday. Well, uh........that, that must mean that the last time I posted was today! No? No, I didn't post today, soooooooo, uh...............alright! I give up, I haven't posted in a week and I'm sorry. For getting mad at you and for not posting in so long.

Just kidding! But really, I am sorry. I guess your not reading this just to hear me say I'm sorry, so now, we shall get on with the juicy rumors, news, updates, randomness, and any other word you can think up that fits in that category.

1. Ellaine has been so busy with homework, school, Hallow's Eve, Friends, Projects, Food network, youtube, Liberty Jane (I'm guessing that you now why I put LJ) uh, cold weather, alright, those last few don't make sense, but the point is, she's always busy. And now she is going to be the editor and a columnist for her class newspaper! Ellaine, who new you could get so busy!

Good Eats

The Mysterious Benedict Society Series and Randomness

Hi,
This has nothing to do with AGs but I have been reading non-stop for the past few days and that is why I haven't posted, well that and school. Anyway I seriously recommend The Mysterious Benedict Society for anyone that is looking for an adventure story about kids! I have read all three books, the 3rd and last one just came out a couple of days ago. The Series includes: The Mysterious Benedict Society; The Mysterious Benedict Society and the Perilous Journey; and The Mysterious Benedict Society and the Prisoner's Dilemma. They are (in my opinion) great books! So, enough about that, I have also been really busy with all of this AGMI/AGMA stuff so I will try to post more often. There really isn't all the much to post about, but don't worry, once the Holidays start (Hallow's Eve through New Years) There will be so much more to post about. I made it to round 2 of AGMA! Yay! So I am going to just post some random pictuers in a minute, but first, Ellaine says that I get to help her decorate our house for Hallow's Eve (Which is just around the corner). Jurrasic Park

Sorry I haven't posted in so long, but I was tagged, of course. So, something funny that happened to me was:

Well, I have a hilarious best Friend, and well, we went to universal studios a while ago and I love to scream, I have a very high pitched, horror movie like scream. Well, I was riding the Jurassic Park ride with Ellaine, Ellaine's Friend, and her friend's doll, who is my best friend. But when you are about to go down the big drop and the T-Rex comes out from behind the waterfall I freaked out and I started screaming. And screaming, and screaming. After we had gone down the huge drop (you guessed it, I was screaming the whole time) and the ride was over, when we were just sitting there waiting to be unloaded from the boat, everyone was staring at Ellaine. There were about 25 people on the boat and nobody was talking, they were just looking at Ellaine. I guess they thought Ellaine was the one that screamed. But it was intense, imagine 25 people staring at you after your AG doll had screamed her head off. Then Ellaine's Friend burst out laughing and everyone started cracking up! It was hilarious! We couldn't stop laughing until we were halfway across the park, so there is my funny story, I tag Anybody who hasn't already been tagged! Bye!!!

Some Sad News

So, hi, guess who called, the (insert city name) playhouse, that's who, saying that no, I did not get a part in the play. My best friend who auditioned with me didn't either, but hey, like 40 girls auditioned for 2 parts so, I don't really feel that bad. Hollws Eve(Halloween), Thanks Giving, Christmas, New Years and Any Other Holidays You Can Name

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! Sorry, I don't know, I just felt like..... I don't know, you get the point. So I am really looking forward to Christmas, Hallows Eve and all the other Holidays. Mi tiempo favorito del ano es el dia de las brujas hasta el nuevo ano. Es un tiempo maravilloso. Me gusta porque hay muchisimas dias especiales en solo dos meses! Oh, sorry *switch to english mode* I told you I know Spanish. Anyway, I said that my favorite time of year is from Hallows Eve all the way to New Years because there are so many Holidays in a row, they are all packed into two months. It's awesome! So, ya. I really want Christmas to come. It is such a wonderful time of year! It's cold (I like the cold better than the heat), you get to see a big Christmas tree in your living room, you get to *smell* the big Christmas tree in your living room, you get to sing Christmas songs without people staring at you in a strange way (you don't want to know), you get what I'm trying to say. It's just so wonderful. Unfortuanetly, it doesn't snow here, but it is beautiful anyway. So, Ellaine and her best friend know what they are going to be for Hallows Eve.............Greek Goddesses. Her friend is really into Greek Goddesses, Ellaine is going to be ~Athene~ Goddess of wisdom, and her friend is going to be ~Artimis~ Goddess of the Moon. So that is about it, Bye!!!

Random Updates

I realized that I really need to post today, so hi, right now all Ellaine can think about is school and her auditions on Friday, as for the play at her church, let's just say that they swapped scripts and now Ellaine hates that play. Enough said. Friday she has auditions for the real deal. Her community playhouse's play, and that is a big deal. So she is really hoping to earn a role in that play. The only thing that is standing in her way is the fact that there are no girl parts in the play, she is going to have to play a boy or not get in at all. She doesn't mind playing a boy, but she doesn't know if the director will cast her as a boy. As for my life, school is going great, sorry that I have not kept you updated on our school, there is just so much going on. But I am waiting for the results for AGMA on youtube. Ellaine entered me so I hope that I get in!!! As for Serenity, Ellaine asked her Grandma (the one that got Ellaine pretty much all of the AG stuff that she has) for Serenity for Christmas or her birthday. Her Grandma said that Ellaine's order was approved and that she would get Serenity for Ellaine. Her Grandma is so nice! Well, I have to go and eat dinner, if I don't post before, then I will post on Friday and tell you how the auditions went, Bye!!!

AGMA, AGMI and Other News

Hi, First off, I AM GOING CRAZY!!! Pioneerfan (Katie Kenelly) from Samantha and her Sister's Extraordinary Blog is driving me crazy with suspense. She won't tell anyone which dolls she is going to get. Moving on. I entered Jess into AGMI on youtube and she was accepted and I entered Ruthie into the original AGMA on youtube and hopefully she will be excepted. Ellaine went to her Grandma's house yesterday and her Grandma has a jewelry case that is a perfect buffet table for us. Her Grandma said that she is going to give it to Ellaine because she doesn't use it anymore. So, we are going to get a free buffet table, yay! I will take pictures of it when we get it. Ellaine is asking for Serenity for Christmas becuase she will be here sooner than if Ellaine tried to save up enough money to get her. So, that is about it, Bye!

Our School Pictures!

Hi, we took our school pictures yesterday, we haven't started school yet, but we have to have our pictures on the first day of school because we are going to write our resumes on the first day (Which is on Tuesday). So here they are. Also, pictures of our dorm, it is three girls to a dorm and they usually try to keep families and friends together. I share a dorm with Jess and Nicki. Ammie and Felicity share a dorm with a JLY #24 and Kirsten and Elizabeth share a dorm with a JLY #33. I can't wait to start school. Rumor has it that at the end of the year, they pick the 30 dolls that did the best that year and they get to be in a real movie! They also added another class, Modeling 101. So, you might see me during AGMA on Youtube because Ellaine is entering me in it. She already enterd Jess in AGMI, but that story is for a different post. Which Doll???

Now I am stuck in between the doll with long red hair and brown eyes and the doll with short red hair, freckles, and green eyes. I already made a list of good and bad things and they tied with each other. I am kind of leaning toward the doll with brown eyes because I already have a doll with red hair and green eyes AKA Felicity. But I also want her to have freckles. Oh, I don't know, but I do think that the name Serenity fits the doll with brown eyes better. Well, I am not getting her for a while so I guess I don't have to decide Right Now. Well, bye!

AM I MISSING SOMETHING!?!?!

I checked out the AG website and there are like a million new JLYs, definitely more than just 4. And you can still buy the retired ones. I really like the one with long red hair and brown eyes. But I still really like the one with short red hair, freckles, and green eyes. This is so weird!
AG did a pretty good job at keeping them a secret. Usually we find out about it ahead of time. Or else it is a glitch, but I hope it's not. BYE!!!

We Can't Wait!

Hi,
So we all want to stay up until Midnight waiting for the new stuff to appear on the AG website, but that probably won't happen so we are all going to get up super early to see them. We all thought that there were going to be 8 new JLYs because they retired 8. But the suspense is killing us. Earlier when I said that I knew the name, well, ya, haha, about that. Well, I meant that Ellaine knew the name. And we didn't. Furious!!!

I am not happy right now! Neither are any of my sisters. Ellaine went shopping with her little brother last night. She came home wearing these new boots. She spent 30$ on BOOTS! Now we are down to 30$ and we have to save up 80$ instead of 50$!!!!!!!!!! I am screaming right now! Our new sister isn't going to come for a while. I just need to calm down. After all, I guess it is Ellaine's money and she can spend it how ever she wants to. But I am still mad. The fire is still bad and the firefighters say that they won't be able to put it out for 2 weeks but I am not going to bore you with that. I know from Avery from Avery-Here! that the identity of the new JLYs has been revealed and other new stuff but I am not going to read it because I want it to be a surprise for me. So please don't tell me about any of the new stuff. I want to be surprised. Anyway. Ellaine wants to make a youtube account so that she can enter one of us in season 2 of AGMA. The Difference Between Thoughts and Reality

Hi,
Well, yesterday, as soon as I posted the sky got all smokey again. The fire is even bigger and it is getting closer. Ellaine's best friend already had to evacuate his house. It is probably burning down at this very moment. We are all so scared. Everyone is saying that it can't get to us, but anything can happen. So, just a warning, if I disappear and don't post for a month or so it is probably because the fire got to us. But we are praying that that doesn't happen. So, anyway we are still scared but I just have to focus on other things. Um, 3 days left until the new JLYs come out. Ellaine is going to audition for the ~insert city name~ playhouse's Christmas play. She was in it last year and she said it was so much fun. Well, she is going to audition considering the playhouse is still there. She is going to find out when the auditions are tomorrow. Ellaine saw Annie the musical for the second time on Saturday. She said it was wonderful. Her favorite song was Tomorrow.

When I'm stuck in a day that's grey and lonely,

I did not write those lyrics, they belong to the man that wrote the songs for the musical Annie, but I don't know his name. But that was Ellaine's favorite line from the song. So we have 60$ for our new sister now. We are getting very close to chosing her name. I know that I still haven't told you about our new school but I don't feel like typing all of that right now. I have to go, I think Ellaine is calling me. I hope you have a better Monday than me. Bye.

Safe and LegoLand Pictures

Well, last night at 12:30 a.m. it was still raining ash and still smokey, but when I woke up this morning it was as clear as could be. The sky is perfectly blue but there are still ashes everywhere including in our pool. But we are safe! So, anyway, here are the LegoLand pictures.
